30-Day Returns Policy
Not completely happy? We offer a 30-day returns policy on all kids bikes. Here's how it works:
Contact us within 30 days
Email [email protected] or call 0459 424 072 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item securely
Return the kids bike in its original packaging, unused and in original condition. We recommend using the original box to prevent damage in transit.
Ship it back to us
We'll provide a return address. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Faulty or incorrectly sent items — we cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind returns — customer covers return shipping costs
